I have been working in the fitness industry for 8 years; meeting various individuals who have come to me for advice and support on how to adopt a healthier, fitter lifestyle. My approach is centred around whole-body strength and conditioning. Understanding the fundamental movements the body performs develops a strong foundation and is a priority when I start with my clients.
